Who is responsible for your data

What we collect, and why

• The contact form: your email address and your message, so we can reply. The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which looks at how the page is used to keep robots out.
• Your account, if you create one: your email, your name and your password, stored encrypted. It lets you sign in and find your bookings.
• The demos: what you enter while trying the shop, the booking or the calendar (name, email, phone). No real payment takes place: the demo shop only accepts a test card, processed by Stripe.

We only use this data for these purposes. We do not sell it or pass it on to anyone.

How long

• Messages sent through the contact form: three years after our last exchange.
• Your account: until you ask us to delete it.
• Demo orders, bookings and sign-ups: they are deleted regularly.

Where your data is

The site and its data are hosted by iGot-Web, in France. Emails go through our email provider.

Cookies

The site uses no audience measurement and no advertising. It only stores what it needs to work: your session and sign-in, and your choice on the information banner. The map on the Contact page is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it is displayed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use or ask for a copy, by writing to contact@igot-web.com. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
